All work will be charged at an hourly rate in 15 minute sections with a minimum charge of 1 hour, unless previously
stated and agreed beforehand.  Payments for postage/faxing and other external expenses will be required in advance
of any work being carried out.

All Clients are required to proof-read completed assignments in secretarial work or assignments going to print.  Errors
will be rectified free of charge with any secretarial work, if notified within one week of completion, however exception to
this rule is when you have already proof – read and signed any artwork prior to commencement of any graphic design
work.

All clients will be responsible for the completed assignment and its use.  Office Accomplice accepts no liability for errors in
documents provided by the client to third parties.

We are happy to sign a confidentiality agreement, as we are aware that this is a sensitive issue for many clients.  Client
confidentiality will be maintained at all times.

If you require us to open mail, then you will be requested to sign documentation beforehand to state that you have allowed
us to do so.

We will not open any email attachments from un-recognised sources.  Office Accomplice will make every effort to ensure
their systems are virus free. Any attachments to emails are believed to be free from viruses, however, it is the clients
responsibility to carry out all necessary checks and Office Accomplice accepts no liability in connection therewith.

We aim to turnaround the majority of word processing work in 24 hours depending upon the size and complexity of the
assignment, however, this does depend on the input from the client, and major projects will be given a time scale and any
deadline projects MUST be stated beforehand.

Clients will be invoiced upon completion of work and payment will be due immediately unless agreed otherwise before the
commencement of any work.  The exception to this rule is items purchased through Paypal or Ebay, where payment is
required before items are sent.

Payment may be made via Paypal, cash or postal order. Cheques by prior arrangement only please be aware that
cheques take 10 days to clear our banking system.

All items remain the property of Office Accomplice until such time that payment has been received in full.

Payments that are charged back or have to be re-presented or if a customer withdraws a payment through Paypal after
items have been received then an administration fee of a minimum of £50 will be attracted along with any other costs
needed to recover monies and legal action will be commenced.

We are required to offer a returns policy for sale of goods, however this does not apply to any personalised items, which
will have been proof read prior to printing.  Any items for return must be done within a 7 day period from receipt, they
must be returned by a trackable method. Postage WILL NOT be refunded either to or from the customer.

Your information will never be disclosed to a third party. We keep your records on file for our information only.  You may
sometime receive mail or promotional emails from us. If you do not wish to receive this, then please let us know.
